University College Dublin Partners with Engage2Serve to Streamline and Enhance Academic Advising Experience for Students

Dublin, Ireland - August 28, 2024 - Following a competitive EU tender process, Engage2Serve, a leading provider of student lifecycle CRM has been awarded the contract for a new academic advising software solution at University College Dublin (UCD). This partnership will help UCD develop a proactive and inclusive academic advising culture, ensuring that all students receive the support they need to thrive academically.

• Effective Communication: Two-way communication features enable students and academic advisors to discuss and resolve queries, contributing to overall student success. This feature enables academic advisors to keep an easily-accessible record of all communications with their students in one place.
• Student-centric Support: Appointments features allow students to book group or individual meetings to discuss academic issues and be supported in achieving their academic and professional goals.
