This is a powerful closed campus LinkedIn for alumni, and a great measure for alumni engagement.

Proactively pulse, engage, and understand your alumni by polling, and use their responses to build meaningful relationships with them. Send a single question poll to their mobile app, to a specific alumni persona or to all alumni, with pre-configured automated actions for their positive, negative or neutral responses. Create FAQs by category for alumni self-service and keep growing the knowledge base. When a Service Desk issue or query occurs frequently, effortlessly add that to FAQs. Alumni do keyword search on the FAQs and rate the FAQ. If FAQ response is inadequate, a query may be raised on the Service Desk seamlessly. New staff members can use the knowledge base as a training tool.
