Our Story

It's no secret that the underpinning purpose of an educational institution is the success of its students. To best achieve this objective, we felt it was extremely important to begin meaningful engagement initiatives with the student from first enquiry all the way to graduation and beyond.

As consultants and BPO providers for Higher Ed for over a decade, we have been privy to some disturbing revelations – a serious lack of a student-centric approach, departmental silos, poor coordination of campus constituents, scant availability of useful management information on student wellness etc. While we found legacy systems to house student data and learning materials, we hardly found a body of tools for constituent relationship management that put the 'student in the middle of the institutional universe' empowering all campus constituents to smoothly work together towards student success.

This set our team of experienced higher education and ed-tech professionals on a quest to bring highly curated, elegant, and easy-to-use solutions that help support students and streamline staff workflow with automation tools and technology, that work on both browsers and mobile applications.

The greatest satisfaction for us is seeing how the power and analytics emanating from Engage2Serve (e2s) suite of products produce process optimisation measures, which result in increased enrolment, retention, and continued alumni support thereby making a positive impact and meeting institutional goals for improvement.

Release of our first Success CRM, built for student services, wellness, engagement and retention, with extensive case management, early alert and proactive intervention tools.

2012

Launch at Middlesex University, a large London-based university with 40,000+. Led to a coveted 'Putting the Customer First – The National Standard for Service' win two years later.

2013

Several further education colleges in the UK sign up for our CRM platform to manage their prospect and applicant journey. Results in increased enrolments by better identifying prospects, eliminating excessive paperwork and reducing staff needs.

University of East London selects our platform for student success in a public tender – bid was won by topping all other major higher education CRM players during the evaluation process.
